These terms apply to quotes, orders and services provided by Dasma Copy & Printing Services (“Dasma”, “we”), Unit 116, Block J, Karama Shopping Complex, Al Karama, Dubai, UAE, and to your use of this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Quotes and prices
- Quotes are given in UAE dirhams (AED) and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Each quote states whether VAT is included.
- Prices on this website (for example “from AED 29”) are starting prices for standard specifications. Your quote sets the final price.
- Changes to size, quantity, stock, finish or artwork after a quote may change the price.
Artwork and proofs
- You are responsible for checking every proof — spelling, numbers, contact details, layout and colours. Once you approve a proof, errors in it are not our responsibility.
- Colours on screen differ from colours in print, and small colour variation between print runs and materials is normal.
- If you send files that are not print-ready (low resolution, no bleed, missing fonts), we will tell you. Artwork preparation may be charged.
Your content
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and designs you send us, and that printing them does not break any law or third-party right.
- We may refuse any job we believe is unlawful in the UAE or offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Designs our design desk creates for you are yours to use once the order is paid in full.
Payment
- Custom work may require full or part payment before production. Standard counter services are paid at collection.
- Production starts once the proof is approved and any agreed payment is received.
Turnaround, collection and delivery
- Turnaround times are estimates unless we confirm a deadline in writing.
- Delivery across Dubai is charged as quoted. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.
- Orders not collected within 30 days of completion may be disposed of after we notify you.
Faults and refunds
- Printed goods are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- If an order has a production fault that is our fault, tell us within 3 days of collection or delivery with photos. We will reprint the affected items or refund their value.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Your files
We keep job files so reorders are easy. Ask us to delete them at any time — see the privacy policy.
